I come from a place where we have no seasons, it is sunny (except for a few rains) and about 22°C during the whole year, so the trees are green all the time. I'm living in Montreal now and spring is finally coming. I wanted to know how long does it usually take for the trees to grow leaves?

It depends on the kind of weather but also the kind of tree. Same thing for the flowers, dandelions will appear fast while others may take more time. In May, most trees have all their leaves and their flowers begin to bloom.
