Tornadoes can and have occured in just about every country (with the exception of the tiny island countries). The Great Plains of the United States are the ideal location for tornadoes, and that is where they get the strongest out of anywhere else on the planet. When other countries do get them, they are usually (keyword) short-lived and weak. There was a tornado in London a couple months ago.
