Cold/Elderly?

Why is it that the elderly is always cold? You go into they house in the summer and the heat is on im like my goodness. Some people in mid ages are always cold too.

Many are taking blood thinners for high blood pressure and that makes them feel cold.

Poor blood circulation and low activity levels. Doesn't have to do with the weather.
