Weather - February 2007

I am looking for reference materials on how calculus can be used to explain the formation and behavior of a hurricane. I am also looking for examples of equations, or formulas used in the forecasting, or prediction of hurricanes. This is for a research project on a college level. All I have found so far is information on a grade school level that simplifies the answers. I really want the resources that the meteorologists use.

Over the course of my life, I have noticed numerous coincidences in regards to the weather and the seasons. Is i just me or does it seem that January seemed more like December. And the warmth of December was more reminiscent of November and so on and so forth?

I think it was very irresponsible from the Board of Education to NOT have cancelled classes today... Drivig it's pretty scary.. you can watch the storm right here:

As you can see we'r getting nothing right now.. it's going to get worst..

By the end of the workweek, we are all gonna get cold weather. Even Florida will get cold weather. Gonna drop below 40 at night here in Tampa Bay. I am wondering why it has to get cold even in the South
