I always have a cold shower no matter the weather .. just because i like it better ..but is it better for my health ?and if yes why (facts)

well it shocks the system but may not cleanse u as well as a warmer shower will...i say try turning the temp up a bit and see how u like it

Keep it cold. My great Grandfather did that a lived to a ripe old age. He said it woke up the senses.

You can not clean yourself as well with cold water. If you want to get all the dirt off, then I would use warmer water.

certainly u will live longer ancient indian ayurveda suggest it .it helps good cutaneous circulation removal of skin debries and one more thing hot water decreases ur sperm concentration on long term basis

it is good for your hair because it don't stretch it out like hot water does
