I live in Albany IN (about a 40 minute drive north of Richmond) and we are having quite a blizzard today. We are supposed to get up to 14" of snow today and tomorrow on top of the approximately 3" we already had from the last snow. The temperature is 17 degrees right now and is supposed to keep dropping all day. High winds are causing drifts up to 3 feet deep on the north-south roads, and all schools in the region are closed - including Ball State University.

Not sure, but here in Muncie we are expecting a foot of snow or more! It looks like a blizzard outside!
