I for once think that people are getting to freaked out by this....it is known that the world goes through changes all the time.nothing ever stays the same...i think that we do have to prepare for the worst as the planet will need to recover from all the damage we have caused to it.....our ancestors have survived the worst why can't we....or if not then hey welcome the new species and bye bye humanity....it's how the world works....and there is nothng you(i mean in general) can do about it.what do you think. It is scary, but what can we do,what are our options.

Hey,

What does it mean when the force is fully reversed?! Will the force/torque applied on the bike pedal/crank considered fully reversed?! I know it is, but I don't know why. In my analysis, I used weight of the rider as the only force applied to the pedal as it rotates, and that force is fully reversed to calculate factors of safety in the pedal/crank-arm.

How would I explain the logic behind that in the report?! Any ideas?

Thanks!

I can't find anymore. I'm sick of having to rebuy my seeds every year from Syngento or Monsanto. Any farmers out there know of a seed company that has any non biologically altered seeds? I'm not talking about a packet of Sunflower Seeds from Burpees I'm talking about 100's of metric tons of oil seed?

Thanks

I am doing a science fair project to see if the way i dress impacts the way someone behaves around me. I want to dress, all punk, and dye my hair with koolaide so i look really weird, and then i am going to go to a really busy place, and ask a civilian if they have change for a dollar, so i can use the phone. Then the next day I will do the same thing but in nice clothes, then the day after that i will dress up as a preppy cheerleader. The whole week of me dressing differently, and asking for change I will have my bff video tape my experiments. If anyone knows any web sites that i can go to for further reasearch then please leave a web site... thank you very much :-)

My microwave sits on my kitchen counter - lately, it has been turning on by itself. I hear two beeps, and then it starts going. There is nothing touching any of the buttons, and no radios or cellphones nearby that could be sending a signal. Often, I am not even in the same room. Once it turns itself on, the only way to trn it off is by opening the door - the Pause/Cancel button will not work. After a few minutes, the buttons will work again.

The microwave is about 2 1/2 years old, and we have never had any problems with it. What could be causing this???

Are scientist immoral when they say science only look for truth and is not interested in how truth is used . If you say science is only interested in truth not good or bad then where those nazie scientist/doctors experimenting on jews and prisoners not behaving badly and because they where doing science should not have been convicted of crimes against humanity

My son asked a question this morning that I just can't answer!

He was eating a bowl of multi-grain hoops and wondered why they appeared to be attracted to each other in an almost magnetic way. Even when there were only a couple left in the bowl, they still seemed to be drawn together across the sea of milk!

Can anybody please help me explain to him why this happens?
Thanks.
