From the Q Continuum? But I think you have to be born a God to be a member. Maybe you could travel back in time and make sure you are born a God.

Aside of science fiction or superhero comics, it's just plain impossible.
Gravity is curvature of the space-time, caused by mass. To annul gravity in a point would require enormous quantities of mass/energy precisely placed, and these would play real havoc with most everything around (think a remote-controlled second moon in the sky). No human, alone or with current technology, can wield around so much matter and energy.

You have to be a "Master on the Universe" scientifically to do that and it is easier said than done. Every object has mass and with mass comes weight then gravity. To make an object lose it's gravitational property is a notion we as humans are far...far...far from accomplishing.
