Ok 2 days ago my buddy passed a drug test for a lumber company by drinking a box of sure jell and a pint of water 2 hours before the drug test. They give you one of those cheap at home drug tests and let you go in the bathroom by yourself. He's now employed there and I'm gonna use this method tomorrow. Any tips on how to do it exactly right or anything?

Don't bother posting if you're one of those hypocrites that say just quit using drugs and you won't have to worry about passing plus you'll feel better, and all that. I'm not here to criticize you on going out and eating 14 cheeseburgers a day then going to church..coming home and beating your wife then having sex with your 8 year old daughter.

My grandpa just had cataract surgery two weeks ago in one eye and he complains of a constant "rubbing, itching" discomfort which hasn't gone away. I figure this is normal but since he worrys a lot I'd like to give him an educated answer to provide some relief.

What causes this sensation? How long can this last? Are there any topical treatments which may help his discomfort? Thanks.

in the past. They are in the papers today because of their
treatment of our military. It made my blood boil because
when my dear mom was in that hospital, for seven weeks
she was mistreated badly by two nurses. I was told (by the staff nurse - she went on holiday the) to put
in a complaint because my moms was the third that week.
I did so because she was so distressed on the morning that
it happened. (One nurse called her a dirty bugger - the other
gave her a slap on the backside) because she had messed
the bed (she had a tummy bug). She suffered with Dementia
and the hospital would not do anything about it because my
mom could not name names!! Thankfully about 5hours after
it happened I questioned my mom and she could not remember. My brother was there in the morning after it
had happened though. So we have had to live with the fact
that these two nurses 'got away' with it. Then I read about
the treatment of our boys in the hospital today. It makes my
blood boil.

I normally buy the alcohol-free kind, mainly because I don't like the taste of alcohol and I assume it would make the cough syrup taste even worse than it already dose. But is there any advantage to having it in there? I'm pretty sure it's not enough to produce any intoxicating effects, but presumably there's some reason they make a version that has alcohol in it.
