Strange coloration with very foul-smelling stool sounds very much like classic steatorrhea, which is basically non-absorption of fat in the small intestine. The reason for steatorrhea varies, but may is commonly due to enzymatic deficiencies, malabsorption disorders, or dietary imbalances, but may have many other causes as well. You should see your doctor to determine the cause, so that you can both come up with a plan to prevent it.

blood in your stomach will pass thru as melena- which is commonly seen as dark tarry stools. if that is what you're seeing, then you need to get evaluated by a GI doctor to find the source of your bleeding.

it could be due to the medication you're using, or may be you're not having enough water
