Y=x-4

Iv already done this using a graph but im getting mixed up rearranging the formular can anybody help?

I solved it but the answer choices are totally different
here are the answer choices for them.
a.4y - 3 = 0
b.4x + 4y - 5 = 0
c. 2x-2y -1 = 0
d. 4x - 4y +1 = 0
e. 2x + 2y - 1 = 0

the answer i got was D, but I dont think it's right because I didnt change it into perpendicular. Please help me.

Changing fractions to decimals.... How is the answer 0.8 gotten from 4/5? This thing I am looking at says divide the numerator by denominator. So, 4 divided by 5 is 0.8 on the calculator. But where does the 8 come from? I need to know how to do it without a calculator. I need it explained in detail.
