This is the formula for the area of a triangle given the base ,b, and the height,h.
Example
Base 10 cm
Height 60 cm
A = (1/2) (10) (60) cm²
A = 300 cm²

This equation will yield the area of a triangle, where A = area, b = the base of the triangle, and h = the height of the triangle. To solve, locate the base and height of the triangle - they should be perpendicular to each other. Then, enter the value of the base for b and the value of the height for h and then multiply the product of base times height by one-half.
For example, for b = 4, h = 5, the area would equal 1/2 times the product of 4 times 5, which would equal 10.
A = (1/2)(b*h) = (1/2)(4*5) = (1/2)(20) = 10

Well, there's nothing really left to solve. The only thing you can do is plug in numerical values for two of the three variables, and then solve for the last one. For instance, since this equation describes the area of a triangle, if we had a triangle with base=10 and height=5, we could plug in 10 for b and 5 for h and get A= (1/2)(10*5) Then solve that and get Area = 25
The equation by itself is meaningless until you plug in numbers for A, b, and/or h.

Its the area of a tri-angle
B = the base of the tri-angle.
H = the height of the tri-angle.
The 1/2 comes from the fact that every tri-angle is exactly 1/2 of a rectangle.
Remember the area of a rectangle is A= Length(L)*Width(W)
So look for the L and W or H & B.

That equation is already solved in terms of A. You could solve it in terms of the other variables.

well do you have what the base is or the height is? I think you need some more information to this question. Good Luck But I'll say 4. :)
