0.35 h<-> 0.35 x 60 min = 3.5 x 6 min = 21 min
Use 4 h 21 min in calculation:-

If your company uses a measurement that is .25 or .35 that generally means it is using 100ths of an hour.
In this case .25 is 15 minutes. And, .35 is about 21 minutes.
In math terms that is 60*.25= 15 and 60 *.35 = 21.
If you really need to know the difference between the two it is 2 hours and 54 minutes.
