I have a electrical device implanted in my lower back transmitting some kind of radio messages, I really need to remove it but am finding it very hard to find the exact area. Its been very cleverly placed. I have already removed a tracking device from my leg successfully, could I make some kind of tool so I would be able to reach this device. What could you recommend?

When commissioning a mechanical ventilation system how would you take into account the varying pressure drops arising from air flow passing through the clean and dirty filter conditions to ensure the system was always able to deliver the minimum design air flow rates?

I heard someone at an energy conference refer to a study that showed that going to a one size thicker wire in a home -- I am assuming on the American wire gauge, AWG, system -- will lead to a significant drop in home electrical energy usage. I write "significant" because the percentage was so big I can't remember it exactly.

So if you had sunlight passing through the atmosphere at the equator on the a solar panel perpendicular to the direction of the light waves, how much energy in watts would it produce? I want the answer so I can speculate as to how much energy we could get out of a dyson sphere.

Lets say we have an I-channel used in a beam and load is acting in vertical direction only on the beam. This means shear stress is only in vertical direction in transverse sections of the beam. But still shear flow is always shown in horizontal direction also in flanges. Why?

If a can begins empty, sitting at rest in a sea of pressurized air and the valve is opened, then what would happen to the can?
Wil the canl move to the left, right, or not move once the valve is opened and air is let inside

Make the following assumptions: Pressure outside can = P ; mass of can = m; Area of can ends(each) = A; area of valve hole = s.

Newton's second law :

m*a = P*s*e^(-bt) - C*v(t)

a = d^2x / dt

v = dx / dt

m*d^2x / dt = P*s*e^(-bt) - C*dx / dt

m*d^2x / dt + C*dx / dt = P*s*e^(-bt) >>> Differential equation

the solution for this differential eq is:
y’ = Ps/(mb-c) { e^ (- c/m * t) - e^ (- bt)}

^^ according to this solution, which is velocity, the can will move to the right, but how can i prove that? we need to find something in common between all these relationships that prove it moves to the right.........

I am majoring in electrical engineering, but I have so much anxiety..I feel like I won't graduate till I'm 30. That's the only thing I'm worried about..graduating old. I had some problems with focusing, and so I did not get much done my first 2 years in college. Now, I am almost 20 and much more serious. Will I be ok? Will I be too old when I graduate? Am I a loser cuz I slowed down in college? Have I wasted my life yet?

I was looking at graduate programs at various schools, and I noticed that there is something of a more specialized engineering degree. Some call it a Professional Engineering degree. Nonetheless, I think it scopes to be between a Masters or a Doctorate, but why do they exist and when should one pursue it rather than a Masters or Doctorate?
