I have a electrical device implanted in my lower back transmitting some kind of radio messages, I really need to remove it but am finding it very hard to find the exact area. Its been very cleverly placed. I have already removed a tracking device from my leg successfully, could I make some kind of tool so I would be able to reach this device. What could you recommend?

I'd start with some medical imaging equipment (x-ray, MRI, etc) to determine exactly where it is.
