How do I become a weapon engineer or or somebody that design weapons?

You could do mechanical engineering or control engineering, electronic engineering and take that subject as specialisation at PG level.
Most of the weapons are complex systems requiring inputs from many branches of science and engineering (materials, control systems, chemical engineering, control systems for guidance etc.).

get an engineering degree and go apply at a weapons manufacturer.
