i need consultation. Iam a fresh graduated production engineer and iam working in workshop as a maintenance engineer. i want to know if this will be useful for me in my career or it is not the matter of production engineering. thanks

Yes it will be useful if you think like an engineer and ask a lot of questions to find out how everything works. Plant production is very dependent on good maintenance procedures.

I know several engineers that have masters degrees in mechanical engineering and work in maintenance management in chemical plants and brewerys.
