NO, IT'S NOT A 2.2 MegaOhm RESISTOR, I know the difference. Apparently it's an electroliytic capacitor as it has the polarity marked.

We are building a four star hotel in Oman.We have one restaurent(235 qs.m) ,one coffee shop(271 sq.m),one bar(155 sq.m) and banquet (178 sq.m),lobby (355 Sq.m) ,Gym(200 sq.m inclusive of seperate 2 toilets),admin block abt (100 sq.m)and two shops (16 sqm each).In this layout we have dedicated a full area of 75 sq.m of toilets.Will this be sufficient?Is there any thumb rule like per area or per so many persons this much toilets?

I just want to know the impartance of torsional moment in design of a structure ,because we have to calculate the flexural moment therefore is it necessary to calculate torsional moments in the design of a structure or not?
my question stands for diffrence of two mentioned moments
