It is often said "if they can put a nuclear warhead on the missile...". Why is it a problem to put a nuke warhead on a missile that is already known todeliver a regular explosive warhead? Seems it should work whether it is a nuke or regular or confetti and silly putty.

A schematic and board layout and parts list would be nice too. It just needs to switch a transistor to control an LED or piezo alarm. Simple is better.

Does this mechanism have a name? If so what is it?
I've seen it around a couple times. What is it supposed to do (I mean, not just in the movie, therolectically too)?

UK Patent GB 2313657B Generating superheated steam using microwaves and water. This can store vast amounts of surplus electrical energy from power stations. I want to make it free to all and anyone who can develop the process. Any useful engineering or accademic links to promulgate the patent is welcome. I give it freely to help mitigate our global energy problem.

Each signal is represented by its unique instantaneous amplitude, frequency & many harmonics i.e signal is a function of both amplitude & frequency simultaneously. So how can we just transmit a signal only by AM or only by FM(modulation of carrier wave according to instantaneous amplitude of modulating signal).
Why dont we consider the frequency of modulating signal 'also' during modulation(AM or FM).
