A schematic and board layout and parts list would be nice too. It just needs to switch a transistor to control an LED or piezo alarm. Simple is better.

For one diagram placed your switches in sequence and for the different placed them in parallel. whilst they are in parallel the two swap will finished the circuit. whilst they are in sequence the circuit could be executed via the two switches being pressed.
