I know that enzymes are produced by living cells with each cell containing about several hundred enzymes. I am just curious to know by what process are enzymes are made in the cell?

Borels law states that some probablities are so small.
That they are next to impossible.
That is there is no chance of life originating by chance. So why not give God the benifit of the doubt.
Four spiritual laws of creation science.
LAW 1. There are a million and one reasons to believe
evolution.
LAW 2. There are a million reasons to believe creation science.
LAW 3.You have to choose the million reasons to believe.
LAW 4.You have to want to believe.

What makes us, as humans, so remarkable as compared to..say.. roaches? I mean, they can survive extreme radiation , take 45 minutes to drown and able to reproduce at an alarming rate. All we have is a fairly complex brain, which isn't the biggest in the world but the most 'developed'. Other than possesing the ability to form mildly complex thought pattarns and slightly more sophisticated communication, whats so special about the human race?

I am thinking of setting up an experiment to look for interacting partners with a viral integral membrane protein. Will this work, or n\do I need to use just the N and C terminal tails without the TMD?

MY Biology Professor wants us to make a biological observation on something in our house. I asked him what he meant by that and he said he won't tell me. He told me to find a way to figure it out. Can anyone give me an example of a biological observation?

Say I was trying to create an Island of Dr Moreau living nightmare by mating humans with animals.

Why would it not be possible to create a zebra/human hybrid by fertilising a zebra egg with human sperm and why can other animals cross-breed with a zebra when humans cannot?

i have a paper in my biology class, so i need to find analogies for the following:

Chloroplast
Golgi apparatus
Endoplasmic reticulum
ribosomes
lysosomes
cytoplasm

THanks alot!
they dont have to be serious analogies, they can be from like movies ro whatever

for example: a cell membrane would be like a revolving door because it decides wht enters and leaves

...used by the waste disposal function?

Had mother nature given both departments unique parts to function on then maybe the subject of sex wouldn't be such a "dirty", "touchy" or "taboo-like" thing to refer to in everyday life. And maybe kids can start to learn about them from day one and there would be no such thing as porn. Any ideas?

Please support your answer with a source, perhaps, or sound reasoning at the least.

No discrimination intended, but I'm looking for the scientific community's opinion. If you are a Christian scientist, then a Christian slant is acceptable; otherwise, please leave it to the specialists.

Thanks to all in advance!!!
