...used by the waste disposal function?

Had mother nature given both departments unique parts to function on then maybe the subject of sex wouldn't be such a "dirty", "touchy" or "taboo-like" thing to refer to in everyday life. And maybe kids can start to learn about them from day one and there would be no such thing as porn. Any ideas?

2 functions in 1 organ - it's efficient. you're not likely to wee during sex (or perhaps i shouldn't jump to that conclusion ;-)) so having seperate organs would be a waste! plus weeing out helps keep them clean & flush out anything that got in.

First of all, its only repugnant in very conservative religious cultures and a few western cultures. And besides, would you WANT to have *2* penises or vanginas...no, didn't think so. Also, they atart teaching children about the reproductive system and sex prevention snd stuff like that starting in 4th--6th grade in most school districts (some in 8th or 9th). And really, adults are the ones who make porn, not children. Some children may not know what they're doing and make/do it because of outside influences, but that doesn't count. So really, the only paranoid freak here is YOU. Society and everyone else pretty much can deal with it, why can't you?

I don't think kids have an inborn problem with bodily functions of any kind. These taboos are caused by society. Children have to learn them.
Small children are usually more interested by body waste, than by sex as it is more within their experience. They are naturally interested in their own bodies and where they came from. If they are old enough to ask the question, they are old enough to be told the answer.
Porn is a totally different matter. It is about making money. It appeals to some people and not to others.

Thats only in males actually and yes a good periodic flush out is required and thats probably the logic that went into the blue-prints at the technical design stage and look at the result! Wow.

Sex is talked about more these days then many years ago. It would be a good thing to learn about from day one so the curiousity was not there. It is getter better, but we haven't come that far yet. I agree with your statement. It wouldn't be so fascinating knowing then wondering about the unknown.

Well, however she made them, I'm grateful.

Having an orgasm is akin to the heavenly promise of paradise.

How can any religion call for the mutilation of the genitals?
Its the only nice thing in life that is really pleasant and (usually) free.

I don't think that that's where the taboo comes from. I think its a socialized response based on religious suppression of sex and its idea that sex should only be used as a means of procreation.

KIDS LEARN ABOUT POOING AND WEEING very young, they are ttotally fascinated by it n not really embarrassed.
Sex is a seperate issue but as we get older things get more private for pissing and sex.
i dont know why. probly because itd be too stressfull to let it all hang out all the time. Imagine the social stress of constant orgies.

Umm, yeah, I agree! It should be the belly button! That way you wouldn't have to aim so carefully, right?
