Marine biology is a wonderful field with a wealth of possibilities. You should consider going to specialisation or graduate school. Some areas of importance: Marine archeology, pollution and climatic issues, and exomarine biology (is there life in the 'oceans' of other planets or plutons?)

Australia's a good place. Lots of marine conservation going on there. Ningaloo Marine park is a place i will be going to see some hump back whales.
I wonder if the antartic has marine biology projects and what they mey be?????
Take a job that feels good to take, not just for the sake of working but for doing what feels good for youself !! If it dont feel right then maybe its not the right job.

my son in law lives in Scotland and he is a Marine Biologist ,he won't come and work down South as the money is half what he gets up there , so Scotland is my answer to you , good luck .
