In regards to June 21st - the start of Summer (equinox) 2007 and the longest day of the year:

- Considering that I live in New York City, will the start of Daylight Savings Time 30 days earlier this year then last, cause the sun to set at the same time as it did last year, 15 minutes later then last (2006) or a full 30 minutes later?

Hypothetically, If we could send a giant mirror 10 light years into space and looked at its reflection with a powerful telescope, assuming all the technology was there to accomplish this, would we be able to view Earth 20 years into the past?

Can there really be such a thing as something so small it can't be split or even have a surface because that would mean any single part of that surface would be smaller?

earlier i asked if the moon was hollow on the basis of info presented in this site.http://www.geocities.com/jilaens/moon.htm
the moon has a number of lines on it that seem to have no reason for being the way they are.
as we know the surface of the moon is covered in dust and if the moon was hollow vibrations in the structure may cause the dust to move in a specific waydepending on the frequency of the vibration as you will see in this demonstation.
http://ebaumsworld.com/2007/01/salt-sound-waves.html
so could the dust be indicating internal structure in the moon by how the particles are reacting to vibrations?

Here is where I would like to know the exact given reason why we have changed to DT from ST 2 weeks earlier, AND Does this have any relation to the time acceleration factors that have been measured beginning in the late seventies to early eighties and the increase of the Shumann resonance. I ask that only those with great knowledge of 2012 to answer this. Also, what was the official given reason for the earlier changeover, if different.

I read in a doomsday book about a solar system eclipse that will block the view from the earth of the center of the galaxy, so i was hoping that someone can explain this. (its not a solar eclipse where the view of the *sun* is blocked by the moon neither is a lunar eclipse where earths shadow can be seen in the moon).

This is being used for my novel because I'm tired of thinking up new names. By responding, you allow me rights to use whatever names and any other information you provide.

You're part of a resistance group that is growing considerably in power. A ship has just been created for you and you have the task of naming it. What will you call it? What is your name (real or fake, doesn't matter)?

What if you were part of the Corporate Entitiy that controls the galaxy? What would you name your ship?

What if you were one of the outer territory colonists?

How would you want your ship designed? Small, large? Would you use missiles, lasers, railguns, or any other weapon? What would your ship be? A Cruiser, destroyer, frigate, corvette, gunship, or fighter? How many would you have man your ship?

Have fun!
