Yes, Nike Corporation will purchase the property (for some millions, I believe).

However, they will rename it to something with more 'swoosh' to the title. You know ... something like "Nike Museum" in large capitals, with a much smaller text subtitle (Flying Higher and Farther) ...

I think they should becuase nike has made trade marks of air
