There's really no way to do it outside of a hospital visit, and even that isn't guaranteed. You can take a chemical called DMSA, which will help.

Mercury is slowly expelled from the body through the bowels, but it takes a long time. Best thing you can do, really, is cut down on your mercury intake and wait.

I remember an old National Geographic article about workers in a mercury (cinnabar) mine. The first step was actually sweating it out! They put the workers in a warm room!

Chelation therapy by using EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) which binds to the mercury and removes it from your bloodstream.

Cilantro is an herb that will absorb heavy metals. If you eat a lot of it, the metals will pass through you with the cilantro.
