The speed does vary but the average would be about 400km/sec as it leaves the sun. Not all of that will reach the earth. Further, its velocity will decrease. Most of the radiation will be deflected by the earth's magnetosphere.

Hi. There is no set speed. It depends on the kinetic energy of the particle. (Two protons and two neutrons.)
