i've been given the assignment of studying an "end of the world" scenario, and i chose the sun's solar flare directly striking the Earth. If you know anything or can provide me any resources, it would be much appreciated.

Star appear in all sorts of sizes and colors...red, orange, yellow, blue, white. With all the colors that are there, why are there not any green stars? You would think there would be some right there beween the yellows and blues. I know the classifications have much to do with the surface temperature of a star, but yet no green stars.

Why?
