Can there feasibly be "worm holes" in space? Or is it simply sci-fi gibberish?

Its simply sci fi gibberish.

Forming a wormhole would require rotating a mass the size of the galaxy. And even then it may not be possible in our universe. And you certainly could not survive a trip through it - the tidal force would rip you to bits.

But sci fi has to invent some gibberish to get us from star to star, because its just sooooooo far.

There are artificial worm holes criss crossing the Universe that were built by the Tol'dark 6.5 billion years ago. The Tol'dark transended their physical bodies about 3.2 billion years ago leaving the worm hole network as their only surviving artifact. Unfortunately they forgot to leave any operating instructions so the whole thing is useless.

Einstein's Theory of Relativity points to wormholes, and the ToR has been pretty solid so far, but wormholes remain unproven.

Hi. We are limited by our interpretation of things. We visualize a black hole as a dense billiard ball. This is not correct but it's how we get our mind around it. The black hole may actually "tear" space around it. Who knows what happens at the tear because we have no physical laws to describe it.

YES, I BELIEVE IN WORM HOLES...THE BLACK HOLES ARE THEY ENTRANCE TO THE WORM HOLES AND THE EXIT ARE CALL WHITE HOLES OR QUASARS...
