I take care of some residents at a group home and I can always tell when its a full moon because they act very weird and say things that aren't ordinary from them. Anyone else experience this?

to grasp this you need to understand the universe and this idea

no matter = no distance

the next part of understanding this is the idea that e=mc2 can be reversed from
energy = mass X light X 2 into...
mass ( at C2 ) = energy
but why C2? why not just C Because... ( do, read on... ) We are already expanding at the speed of light


so when mass reaches C2 it breakes up and creats a explosion of unimaginable proportions ( eg. big bang )

the idea is that in the original universe E = MC because we were effectivly sitting still ( well atleast not expanding at the speed of light )
( refer to no matter = no distance )

so the idea is that after the original big bang matter is expelled at the speed of light ( us, now )
therefore for another big bang mass would need to reach 2X the speed of light to release the energy

How do scientists measure how far a star or a galaxy is? and is that fool proof?

For e.g if a big star is far off and a smaller star is near by and they might look similar in intensity and size to naked eyes, but do scientists really have methods to figure out their reals distances.....assume that both of those stars are moving away from us at the same velocities...

With technical advancement lets say we visit another planet having intelligent life and you are the Captain of the spaceship, how do you approach that planet?

1. Would you try to establish contact by means of electromagnetic communications OR by physical communication OR what else?

2. If attacked will you retreat or will you respond in kind?

3. will you try to capture some aliens to conduct experiment or try to be more ethical?

4. once a contact has been established, whats your first priority to "understand their scienctific knowledge" or "help them if they have any problems"

This would be interesting becuase i keep seeing question as to whether "aliens" visiting us would be friendly or hostile.

Lets just see if you were the captain how "hostile" or "friendly" you would be.....

In my research I have found these claims about Pluto:

I am curious to know the scientific reason as to why anyone should not eat during the eclipse, or why the cooked food & stored water should be thrown out after the eclipse.
