Hi. If the objective lens cell in not adjustable you may have to adjust the internal baffles and eye piece mechanism. Have you done a star test or other test that shows the collimation is in need of adjustment? If so, and if the other components cannot be adjusted, the lens cell can be modified to make it adjustable. You have nothing to lose!

You cannot adjust the collimation on most refractors. In fact I have never heard of any refractor on which it was possible to change the collimation. Unless the tube is actually bent I can't imagine any way for it to get out of collimation in the first place.

However, binoculars can be collimated by rotating the eccentric objective cell. You have to remove a locking ring first, which requires a special tool, although I did it once with just a screwdriver. It was scary though, because one slip would have scratched the lens!
