You have a container full of ice blocks in the fire, and before the ice blocks melt completely, you get the container out of the fire. Would you grab the recipient with your hands? Yes/No, why? I need well-founded physics-related answers.

I would do it.

Here's what is happening where I am living. There was a 5.6 earthquake. However, the day before and that day, the sky was dark when all weather forecasts said it was gonna be sunny. Today, the sky was dark also and there was another earthquake. It was a small one though. Is this a coincidence, or is there something scientific?

p = -0.059x + 250 (0 x 12000)
The weekly total cost incurred by Pulsar for producing x sets is represented by the following function.
C(x) = (0.000008)x3 - 0.01x2 + 470x + 73000

I been reading an article about an asteroid, Apophis, that may pass, just barely hitting Earth in the year 2029, then possibly entering a gravitational "keyhole," shifting its orbit far enough to make it strike Earth in the year 2036.

My question is what exactly is a gravitational "keyhole"? I've tried to google it, wikipedi it, my research was unsucessful. The only answer I've found that it is some sort of imaginary hoop in space.

ok im basically stuck in al laspects of algebra because i dont no how to factor. if i no what form it is and i no the steps involed i cna do it. obviously , but sometimes the forms i cant tell the difference. for instance. 5x^2+5x-30= 5(x-2)(x+3) according to the book. isnt this equation in the quadratic formula form. and that form states u multiple a x c and that answer adds to get b. IE 5 x 30 = 120 and add to get 5. but isnce the answer is -2, 3 . i dont get it. can someone please help me understand this.
