Which is more dominant and recessive? Hypothetically, if one parent came from a family of 100% blue eyes, and the other came from a family of 100% green eyes, which is the kid more likely to have?

Genetically speaking, any eyecolor that isn't brown is considered recessive. For all intents and purposes blue eyes and green eyes are considered "blue". So The eyes will come out some shade of blue or green- with two recessive traits for color its almost impossible to predict the eye color. One thing's for sure, two light colored eye people cannot have a brown eyed child. Although two dark eyed people can have a light-eyed child if both have a recessive trait for light eyes.

Blue eyes are recessive
so if the child has a green eye gene then they would have green eyes, but the greenness of their eyes could very, so they could have bluish-green eyes or greenish-blue eyes.
