Its one of my lab questions and i cant find the answer anywhere. My only guess i that the rising heat causes an upward thrust that would make it seem like it would have more mass. Any ideas... thanks.

so, as a hurricane moves over the ocean picking up speed, it also picks up sea water. the water is then released as rain when the hurricane passes over land. Is the rain that falls salt water? if not, what happened to the salt?

I know lots of people that major in biology-- but why did you choose biology as your major? what makes it so great?

people say they major in biology just because they think it will help them get into med school-- but I want to know why people who genuinely want to major in biology do so.
