Kingdom: Plantae
Phylum: Magnoliophyta
Class: Magnoliopsida
Order: Sapindales
Family: Sapindaceae
Genus: Acer
Species: palmatum

This is the closest I can get. 'Weeping' is a horticultural variety of a maple. There is no specific species for a 'Weeping Maple'. So what your probably looking for is a horticultural variety of the Japenese maple.

Which would be Acer palmatum hort. dissectum 'Ornatum'
