What's the difference between the global Cauchy's theorem and local Cauchy's theorem?

Could a specific air mass inside a house (or castle, perhaps) become dense, or cloudy? What could cause this?

Sometimes, after an afternoon rainstorm, the hot street will seem to "steam". Water vapor condenses around particles or nuclei creating wisps of clouds that look like steam, or smoke. Without outside sunlight, or evaporation, without smoke of any kind, what phenomenon could cause an inside air mass to become cloudy?

Trying to isolate such a phenomenon in relation to ghost sightings.

Any answers, thoughts, or ideas appreciated. Would like to brainstorm scientific and/or alternative explanations, including science fiction.

Examples: temperature, spirits, humidity, gravity wells, life force, gamma rays, x-rays, methane gas, dust, magnetism, static electricity, even a defective alien invisiblity shield...anything you think is a possible cause for air inside a house to spontaneously mass, fog up, or cloud.

If you can, please explain with details. Thank you

This is my theory:

Absense -----> Caved--------> Close
Nothing ------> Equilibrium----> Neutral >>> Centerpoint (Higgs Field, 0 spin)
Limit ---------> Bound--------> Open

TIME EXPANSION >>>>
Hubble Constant ~ 81! ~ 10^120
Elements swapping characteristics in same region ---> Summation = (0, 0, 0) ---> Three spatial dimensions ---> Spatial Filling ---> Differentiation and separation ---> Three completely opposing dark matter halos (like in the Millennium Simulation).

Lowest Quantum Time (Planck Time, 10^-44 seconds)

Self Reliancy = Gravitational Force
Simultaneous Elements' Permutation = Weak Nuclear Force
Close-Open Opposition = Electromagnetic Force
Equilibrium Behavior = Strong Nuclear Force
Nothingness ----> Unstableness ----> Time ----> Decay
Dark Matter = Closed Set ~ 25 %
Dark Energy = Equilibrial (Summation of close and open) and open sets ~ 75 %

Dark energy travels faster than dark matter because there is more dA/dt to travel.

What is your theory?

A manufacturer purchases a part for use at both of its plants-one at Roseville, CA, the other at Akron, OH. The part is available in limited quantities from two suppliers. Each supplier has 75 units available. The Roseville plant needs 35 units, and the Akron plant requires 75 units. The first supplier charges $70 per unit delivered to Roseville and $90 per unit delivered to Akron. Corresponding costs from the second supplier are $80 and $120. The manufacturer wants to order a total of 75 units from the first, less expensive, supplier, with the remaining 35 units to come from the second supplier. If the company spends $9750 to purchase the required number of units for the two plants, find the number of units that should be purchased from each supplier for each plant.

P.S. please show the necesarry setup needed to solve this problem.

The line y = 0.15x + 0.79 represents an estimate of the average cost of gasoline for each year. The line 0.11x - y = -0.85 estimate the price of gasoline in January of each year

a) Do you expect the lines to be intersecting, parallel, or perpendicular? Explain your reasoning.

b) Use the equations of the lines to determine if they are parallel. What did you find?
