both made mistakes in the relationship, my significant other says we can no longer have a physical relationship. For the past 2 months we talk everyday, and they tell me there is no one they would rather spend time with. Is it easy for engineers to just cut off feelings and have a friendship with someone they were in love with? I'm having trouble cutting off my feelings. Help...would love your insight.

I want to make a lamp using Luxeon LEDs, up to 50 of them, and I want it to plug in to an AC power outlet. Converting to DC is acceptable of course but I am not sure where to get started on driving these little buggers.

I would like to make liquid CO2 in small batches. Are there any relative inexpensive non-commercial size liquid CO2 generator. I imagine it will consist of high pressure compressor coupled with a chiller. Also making it out of surplus used parts/subsystems will be great.

I have a co-worker who feeds the plants on her desk with coffee now and then. She says the pH or the nitrogen content of the coffee makes the leaves of the plant shinier and greener. Is there anything to this, or could coffee hurt a plant somehow? Has anyone heard of anyone else doing this?

PS: She doesn't give the plants coffee exclusively. She waters them too, but occasionally gives them a little of the room-temperature coffee left in her mug after she's done drinking it. She drinks it black, so there's no sugar or creamer in there.

Materials:
a. Regular paper label (with adhesive),
b. Plastic film surface with repeating U-ribs (surface look like _ _ _ _ _ _ _ ) -dotted line indicated area in contact with paper label.

Paper label will curl on edge with time (indicated no sticking) and peel off easily causing label loss during transportation.

What steps/method recommended?

I am a sophomore at university. Unfortunately, because of the pre-requisite system, I am in PreCalculus. I have already completed a calculus course in high school, and have completed 2 semesters of "Calculus for Business & Life Sciences" at university. I am familiar with all basic math up to calculus. I wish to learn more math, and to become as knowledgeable as possible about the more advanced topics in mathematics. I am not able to join the advanced classes now, so I would like to learn on my own. Please recommend some books and topics for me, I would like to start with material that is covered after Calculus I. Any information is helpful.
