How to Improve Paper label stick firmly on Plastic Film.?

Question

Materials:
a. Regular paper label (with adhesive),
b. Plastic film surface with repeating U-ribs (surface look like _ _ _ _ _ _ _ ) -dotted line indicated area in contact with paper label.

Paper label will curl on edge with time (indicated no sticking) and peel off easily causing label loss during transportation.

What steps/method recommended?

Cover the label with transparent package tape. If you need to go around the box to keep it secured, it will work.
