Between two bodies, there is a point where the gravity tug from each is equal. Between the earth and moon this point lies within the earth's outer mantle. If I found this point inside a cave, would I observe formations like stalactities etc. reflect each passing of the moon?

Ok, so I have this idea about infinity and its relationship with 0:

From hereon in, infinity will be referred to as INF.
From hereon in, any possible number will be referred to as x

x / INF = 0
x / 0 = INF
Therefore 0 * INF = x

0/INF = 0 * 1 / INF = 0 * 0 = 0
INF/0 = INF * 1 / 0 = INF * INF = INF

Also:
INF * x = INF
INF / x = INF
INF + x = INF
INF - x = INF

Just as:
0 * x = 0
0 / x = 0
0 + x = x
0 - x = -x

Also note that
x / INF = 0 * x
x / 0 = INF * x

Now, because x can be both positive and negative, let's say x is negative.

-x / INF = 0 (just as x / INF = 0)
-x / INF = x / -INF
Therefore, INF = -INF

It's a little cryptic, but I think you guys can get the gist...
What do you think?

Compounds like CCl2F2 are known as chlorofluorocarbons, or CFCs. These compounds were once widely used as refrigerants but are now being replaced by compounds that are believed to be less harmful to the environment. The heat of vapoization of CCl2F2 is 289J/g.

What mass of this substance must evaporate in order to freeze 100g of water initially at 18 degrees C?

Heat of fusion of water is 334 J/g and the specific heat of water is 4.18 J/g-K

I am doing a project on minimising the errors in fuel gauge.. There comes a lot of variation between practical and theoretical values. But in the calculation where theoretical values are obtained magnetic gauss value is not at all included.. Is it possible to include it somehow and minimise the difference between prac and theo values? Or is there any other way to approach this problem?
