If you mean the biggest number on a real basis? not infinity, or infinity plus one or all that fantasy? Or writing an aleatory amount of digits until the finger goes numb?

A mol.

A mol is 6,023 * 10^23 (6.023.000.000.000.000.000.000.000), also known a the number of Avogadro in spanish). Me and everyone that does anything related to math, physiscs, chemistry or biololgy uses it, because it is the number of atoms of hidrogen that exists in 1 gram of hidrogen (it is related to the specific weight of atoms and molecules). It is a number that allows you to count atoms and molecules measuring the weight of the sample, so it is extremely useful. Instead of writing "... yielding about 337.880.000.000.000.000.000.000 atoms of chlorine per Kg of dry matter" you can use "...yielding 5,6 mols of chlorine per Kg dry matter", for example.

Just so you know how big it is, one mol of snow flakes would make a snow layer one meter deep that would cover the wole of the earth.
If you had a mol of dollars, you could spend 1.000.000 $ a day and still need around 20 million million (20.000.000.000.000) lifetimes to spend it (given that you live around 80 years)

infinity + 1 is the biggest possible number, as it is larger than any quantifiable number that can be expressed with digits. Any number that can be written down can have one added to it to produce a larger number. By eliminating infinity as an answer you have eliminated the only possible correct answer.

There simply is not one. If I can think of a number, then certainly I can add one to it producing an even larger number.

This is akin to there being no "biggest number". ( Bear in mind that infinity is NOT a number. )

1 divided by 0 = infinity

There's no such thing. Any possible number that anyone could pick would only need to have the number ONE added to it to prove that it's NOT.
