The project is approx. 8.5 acres and will be used for a parking lot and motor pool function, with heavy loads on the area regularly.
Currently there is quite a bit of rock and gravel on the ground areas. Drainage is going to be a problem as well as the time of year. (It's fairly cold here now) Any help to include SOWs and/or techincal questions to ask the subcontractor doing the job would be greatly appreciated.

Area 51 was again on 2006 Science today develpoping teh worlds best aircrafts, How do they get these aircrafts? Nobody knows maybe some thing to do with the aliens they have inside the area. But again how likely is it that humans are the only living thing alive in the entire endless universe? Not very likely. Area 51 should be public and viewed during seasons and should not be closed off by government on american free lands.
