"Alpha ray" is a misnomer. They are known as alpha particles and are actually helium nuclei. Energies are typically from 3 -7 MeV. They can be stopped with a sheet of paper.

Beta radiation maybe in the 0.001-1 MeV range.

Ultraviolet radiation falls in the range from a few electron volts (eV) to a about 100 eV.

I'd say that C. is the best answer.
