How can I dissolve Simvastatin in water even though it is not soluble in water?

Could I use an emulsifying agent to do so? If possible, name an emulsifying agent I could use? Thanks.

you could use an emulsifier or a surfactant

I wouldn't chance mixing this medication with an emulsifying agent. I could cause the medication to not work as well. Try crushing the pill and dissolving it that way.

Why? Are you making a compound? If so, you could use Ora Plus to suspend it and Ora Sweet to sweeten it up some.
