A simple pendulum, 2 m in length, is released by a push when the support string is at an angle of 25 deg. from the vertical. If the initial speed of the suspended mass is 1.2 m/s when at the release point, to what maximum angle will it move in the second half of its swing?

The answer is 30 deg., I just need to figure out how to get it.

OK so lets say the universe is expanding forever. It reaches a point where everything that exists is really really small particals of mater that no longer come into contact with each other physicaly. Would these objects keep on spreading farther apart or would for some reason unknown to me start to come back together? If they keep expanding away from each other is it possible that they would reach a point where they would become unstable and break apart/explode like the big bang only smaller then the one before it?
