how many C are on the left? Now add a multiplier to make it the same on both sides. Now, how many H are on the left. Add a multiplier to make it the same on both sides. Now do this for the O and then go back and check the C and H and repeat until they all match. Then see if you can factor out some common number on each side in case you over did it.

With these, always leave the most pure to the last.

C60H60 + 75O2 --> 60CO2 + 30H2O

So, there are equal amounts now.
