Whilst skiing at Serre Chevalier in the French Alps I saw what I would only describe as a black squirrel. This came out of the foliage in front of me and still to this day I continue to wonder whether it was a squirrel or not.

Pictures of both plants look quite similar, it seems leaves and berries can look quite similar too when it is about the red Elderberry.
Pretty sure however that you know a lot of details about how to disnguish the plants from each other.
The reason I want to is that I have both plants in the area and want to pick the Elderberries but not mix that up with other berries, especially not mountain ash, of which the seeds are not healthy.

Thank you!

Since looking into space is like looking into the past, the only way to exprience NOW is to be local in any relation in the Universe. For instance, the light from a galaxy 5 billion light years away is light from THEN; not light from NOW. So is 'now' local?

One of the reasons I hate the village I live in is because from November to february we've got just two hours of sun per day.My village is surrounded by high mountains and that causes the sun not to pass over the top of them apart from a couple of hours a day. That's simply so upsetting!Anybody else lives in a place so bad in winter time?

I have a project with senses whether my garage door is open or close. However, I am having a problem with the sensors. I am using magnetic reed switches which are generally known to be very reliable. Does the fact that I am attaching it to the garage door which is a completely aluminum effect it?
1- I notice that switch works (I can hear the clicking ) once it is of the garage
2- but once I install it- it works for maybe two cycles
3- after I remove it- it doesn't work for some time and then starts working again...
