Animals evolve, but why are antelopes and "the prey" still running? why can't they evolve into something that the "predator" can't kill?

Because survival is the ultimate point of evolution. Given millions of years, why are deers still running, caught, eaten, running again.....

Do they STILL like the rush of being killed?

(Humans evolved brains to out smart death by predators and for a few other reasons, then, why cant the "others" do the same?)
