Animals evolve, but why are antelopes and "the prey" still running? why can't they evolve into something that the "predator" can't kill?

Because survival is the ultimate point of evolution. Given millions of years, why are deers still running, caught, eaten, running again.....

Do they STILL like the rush of being killed?

(Humans evolved brains to out smart death by predators and for a few other reasons, then, why cant the "others" do the same?)

Because that would require drastic changes in their species. Prey animals which are good at running have kids who are also good at running, and the best runners survive. If they were to start evolving into an animal which is good at fighting, it would probably be not-so-good at running. When the first few generations were born, they would be bad enough at running to get caught, but not good enough at fighting to kill the predators. So no baby fighters. Animals don't change a lot in one generation. Evolution works over thousands of generations, and the in-between ones have to be viable for it to work.

Evolution is undirected, The antelope survival strategy involves herd behavior, surveillance and speed. Larger animals sacrifice more maneuverability and some speed for more. Humans took an unusual survival strategy: tool use. Other animals are quite intelligent. Often, evolution will push one trait to extremes.

because they must fill a niche. why have orgnaisms evolved. why not all be bacteria?

Because by being the prey, they fill the niche between primary producers and secondary predators. the question is moot, as they evolved to be more than plants becuase it was easier, and are needed to fufill a place for organisms above them

Go hiking in grizzly bear territory or swimming with some great white sharks and tell me you outsmarted predators. We outnumbered predators and took over their natural habitat forcing them out of contact with humans as prey. There is still predation of humans wherever they are in contact with the big meat eaters - mountain lions, grizzly bears, sharks, tigers, lions all have documented incidents of human casualties every year. We are smart enough to kill them or avoid them because we have superior forces and weapons but I don't think thats evolution as much as its just our place as top predator in the food chain.
