I'm the mother of identical twins and have been asked this question before. Here are some facts:
1. Identical twins are from the same fertilized egg which splits. Identical twins have the EXACT SAME DNA.
2. If a set of identical twin girls had kids with a set of identical twin boys then the kids would GENETICALLY/biologically be brothers/sisters. (Emotionally/legally they would be first cousins)
3. The kids would look as similiar/different as any other brothers and sisters do. It would be unlikely for them to look exactly the same just as it is unlikely for brothers to look exactly the same.
There's a pretty good article about twins marrying twins at: http://www.twinstuff.com/twinswithtwins.htm
Hope this helps!

Odds are that they would not be identical. The situation is very similar to two people having two kids. The odds are very unlikley that two brothers would look exactly alike. Same thing with identical twins each having a child with identical twins.

They would probably look like brothers and sisters, but not the same (the chance that they look the same would be as if they were normal brothers and sisters). If the SAME parents have more than one child, these children also are not identical. So why should they be if different parents have children, even if these different parents are twin pairs.

I suppose it's technically possible, but practically speaking, the odds are astronimically against it.
Genetically speaking, the kids would be siblings. They would have no better or worse chance of looking alike than any other set of siblings.
Actually, I take that back. They couldn't possibly be identical twins, so they would have a worse chance of looking alike than real siblings.

There is a very good chance that there children could look similar, however there are so many recessive genes on either side that come into play, not just xx and xy or hair and eye color that there children may not look anything alike. remember couple A's son may take after uncle Dewey a red headed, green eyed Scotsman on the dads side while couple Bs boy takes after aunt Patricia's traits a south african from moms side of the family three generations back with blond hair and blue eyes. Is just not that mathematically simple genetics is far more complicated a subject. Believe me this situation has already happened and has been proved to be busted.

twins 'happen' when an egg divides into two embryos. identical twin women have a 0.6% chance of having twin children...so coupled with twin guys... i'd say the chances were even lower.. children get features from their parents in many many different combinations so i'd say this it would be unlikely for them to be identical but highly possible for them to look share a lot of similar features...

nothing to me. azar selection of the chromosomes and ligament and crossover will change the genetic material of each child that the both couple will have. they can have similarities, but like normal brothers, not like twin brothers or sisters. the three termsn that i described guarantee the specie a different progeny, so it guarantee that every brother will be different than the other brothers and of the parents. but if they have twin sisters or brothers as progeny, they will be similar bcz the will share the same genetic material. otherwise no. if each birth is only of a single baby, they wont look exactly the same

Possible, but unlikely - the children would be the product of both parents DNA and , if the children were boys (which fixes the part of the DNA from the father) then there's still two choices of chromosomes from the mother.
They may end up looking similar, but it's extremely unlikely they'd also be identical across the two families.

This has actually happened. Twins marrying twins. Their kids had the same genes as if they were brothers. They didn't look a lot alike though.

it all depends on what genes the two couples have they wont nessesarly look the same but there is a chance they will if they inherite the same genes for intance they could look quite simerla but have different colour hair or one have a bigger or smaller nose or one is taller or smaller it all depends
