I've heard that if time travel is ever possible the furthest you'll be able to go back in time is to whenever the time machine was created.
Also if I'm going to put a message in a safe why hasnt anyone visited me yet. It either means I dont ever put the message in a safe, time travel isnt possible, I dont ever have any family or my future descendents dont care or dont have access to a time machine.

I'm toying around with electrolysis and it destroys EVERYTHING. I got my hands on some platinum wire, but now I need to know what I can used to coat the non-platinum wire that connects to the platinum electrodes. I'd rather not reinvent the wheel.

Thanks!

I recently read that some zoologists believe that giraffes never sleep. I think that this is ridiculous, but I cannot imagine how they do go to sleep. Does anybody know the truth?

A person who is properly constrained by an over-the-shoulder seat belt has a good chance of surviving a car collision of the deceleration does not exceed about 30 "g's" (1.0 g = 9.8 m/s2). Assuming uniform deceleration of this value, calculate the distance over which the front end of the car must be designed to collapse if a crash brings the car to a rest from 100 km/h.

I know at times we get shocked by a static electricity but what if something of the same can be reproduced into a large scale version. Do you think it can produce enough energy that somehow be used as another source of energy? Afterall, it is all around us.

Another crazy thought that comes to mind .

Thanks,

Ricky
